Boys & Girls Preseason Region III, Division I  Team Soccer Practices
Pre-Practice Fitness Plan - each player should download this plan and start preparing for the Practice NOW.

Mandatory Team Practices
Team Practices have a new structure.  These newly designed TEAM Practices offer 5 days of 3 hours per day training with your team.  The emphasis will be on specific team structure while still offering the functional/tactical information of the previous Practices. 

Practice Preparation:
- The Div. I Practices are very physically demanding.
   Please see and execute the Pre-Practice Fitness Plan to best prepare.
- Take advantage of the D1 speed and agility Practice
- Keepers should attend team Practice with their team.
- Players must bring/wear their HFC training shirt, shin guards, cleat, water & soccer ball.

In alliance with UAH soccer program - UAH Women's Head Coach Jimmy Mitchell and Men's Head Coach Matt Watts with be Camp Directors.

Consult Marty Clark with any timing conflicts.  If possible, players will be offered a first-come, first-served opportunity to rotate the boys and girls Practice to avoid summer conflicts.  However, we will limit the number of changes due to the new structure of Practice.

Division II  Team Practice
Mandatory Team Practice    
The following team Practices are provided for our Division II and III teams to provide the proper start for our preseason training.  Practices will focus on the technique necessary to develop proficient and skillful players.  We will also provide tactical training to balance our preseason approach and prepare our players for competition. 

- All Practices are assigned directors as listed below & we will provide additional staff coaches to help ensure the proper ratio of players to coaches.

Goal Keeper Camp

Makeup Session Saturday, August 9 1:00-3:00pm @ Chapman MS - CANCELED
Session will be U9-U18 and all our HFC Goalkeeping staff will be on hand.  3 separate stations handling (U9-U11), (U12-U14), (U15-U18)

Professional training for all committed goal keepers. All training is provided by Coach James Ssemambo - HFC Head Keeper Coach.  This training is open to all goal Keepers regardless of club and/or team affiliation.

This training is mandatory for all U13 - U18 Region III, and Div I keepers.  Keepers in this category are provided special opportunities to train with the team during the regular team Practice and then be provided this additional specialized training at no additional cost.

For all other Keepers - This training is open to all players (regardless of HFC affiliation) from U9 age and older.  No pre-registration required.  Registration now open!

All keepers must bring/wear keeper gloves, shin guards, cleat, and a soccer ball.

$150 Non HFC members
$100 HFC members –all players except Div. I and U12 Div. II
No Cost –all U12 Div. II and U13 –18 Division I and Regional players (already included in program cost)
